羟基自由基快速杀灭刺激隐核虫及其对大黄鱼肠道结构的影响

摘要:
刺激隐核虫(Cryptocaryon irritans)的大规模暴发严重危及大黄鱼养殖业的健康发展,造成重大经济损失。在福建省宁德市三都澳海域大黄鱼(Larimichthys)养殖基地,采用大气压强电离放电高效生成的羟基自由基(·OH)溶液输入到海水管路中,快速(0.53 mg/L, 6 s)杀灭(100%)刺激隐核虫,再排入净水池中储存作为大黄鱼的养殖水。经·OH处理后的海水养殖大黄鱼,鱼肠道组织结构完整、肠绒毛长且密,大黄鱼存活率100%;净水池养殖用水中弧菌、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群均未检出,且细菌总数为0 CFU/mL,水质符合《海水水质标准》第二类标准,三溴甲烷含量为7.84 μg/L,远低于《生活饮用水卫生标准》的限值100 μg/L,溴酸盐、三氯甲烷等均未检出,海洋生态安全。

Abstract:
Large-scale outbreak of Cryptocaryon irritans during cultivations of Larimichthys is a serious threat to the health mariculture, The outbreak caused significant economic losses in China. In experiments at a L. crocea breeding base in Sanduao Sea, Ningde City, Fujian Province, the hydroxyl radicals (-OH) produced by a strong ionization discharge were injected into the pipeline to inactivate Cryptocaryon irritans (100%) rapidly at concentrations of 0.53 mg/L in 6 s and then the solution was discharged into clean water pool stored as L. crocea farming water. L. crocea cultured in ·OH treated seawater had a complete intestinal structure with long and dense intestinal villi and a 100% survival rate. Vibrio, total coliforms and heat-resistant coliforms were not detected in waters from the clean water pool, and the total bacteria was 0 CFU/mL. The water quality met the requirements of Class II by the National Seawater Quality Standard. Moreover, bromate, chloroform, etc. were not detected, and tribromomethane was only 7.84 μg/L, which was much lower than the limitation of 100 μg/L set by the Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water. Thus, the method can be used safely for marine ecology.
