福建东山湾春、夏季鱼卵和仔稚鱼丰度分布特征及其与环境因子的关系

摘要:
根据2011年5月(春季)、8月(夏季)福建东山湾海域生态环境调查资料,对东山湾鱼卵和仔稚鱼的生态分布特征及其与环境因子关系进行了研究.结果表明,春、夏两季共鉴定出鱼卵和仔稚鱼34种,隶属4目15科22属,其中鲈形目种类最多,共19种;鯡形目次之,共9种;鲽形目4种;鲀形目1种.其生态类型主要为近岸中上层鱼类、近岸底层鱼类、沿岸浅水中下层鱼类和港湾河口型鱼类4个生态类型.春、夏两季鱼卵和仔稚鱼优势种变化不明显,但丰度变化较大,春季丰度为夏季的2-3倍.丰度平面分布呈现湾顶、湾中高而湾口低的分布特点.鱼卵和仔稚鱼丰度平面分布与水温无相关性(p>0-05);鱼卵丰度平面分布与盐度呈显著负相关(p<0-05),而仔稚鱼丰度平面分布与盐度无相关性(p>0-05);春季,鱼卵和仔稚鱼丰度平面分布与浮游动物存在极显著相关性(p<0-01).东山湾鱼类繁殖的关键时期为春季,关键区域为大霜屿附近海域.

Abundance distribution of fish eggs and larvae and its relation with environmental factors in spring and summer in Dongshan Bay, Fujian

Abstract:
Based on the investigation in Dongshan Bay in May of spring and August of summer, the distribution of fish eggs and larvae and its relation with environmental factors were studied. The results showed that totally 34 species of fish eggs and larvae belong to 4 orders and 15 families and 22 genes. Perciformes was the most abundant species with numbers of 19, Clupeiformes was the next abundant with 9 species, Pleuronectiformes 4 species, and Tetraodontiformes only 1 species. They can be divided into 4 ecological groups of inshore-pelagic, inshore-bottom, coastal-middle and lower layers, and the estuarine. Seasonal variations of dominant species in spring and summer were not obvious except for the variations of abundance which was 2-3 times in spring than in summer. The horizontal distribution of abundance was high in the top and middle of the bay and low in the bay mouth. There was no significant correlation between the horizontal distribution of abundance of fish eggs and larvae and salinity (p>0-05). There was a significant negative correlation between the horizontal distribution of abundance of fish eggs and salinity (p<0-05), and no correlation between the horizontal distribution of abundance of larvae and salinity(p>0-05). There was a significant correlation between the abundance of fish eggs and larvae and that of the zooplankton. The key period of fish reproduction is in spring in Dongshan Bay and the key area for reproduction is in waters adjacent to Dashuang island.
